i have to admit that the initial flight or take off of an rc heli can be very tricky.
you need to be quick with the controls to level the heli and fly off
the vortex.


with a low hover you can measure and adjust the leveling by trimming
or by manualy moving the servo horns.

heli will already be stable at this height, however wind can still affect the
flight performance. pilots are advised to be very attentive
and concentrate.

forward flight can be achieved easily.
